Ab Workout

A lot of people want to achieve abs or at least a flatter stomach and this ab workout is the perfect way to achieve this. Obviously, like most exercises, repetition is key so it is a good idea to do this workout everyday or every second day at least to obtain a good result but if this is too challenging, pick the most important ones to complete in your spare time whenever you get a free moment.

Sit-ups:

Plank (hold):

Crunches:

Cross Crunches:

Bicycle Crunches (do quickly):

Scissors:

Leg Raises:

Hundreds (hold):

Hundreds Leg Raises:

Mountain Climbers (do quickly):
