Breakfast is the most important meal of the day which means it is essential to have a delicious and healthy meal, like this one, to get you through the day. This meal includes fresh bread from my local bakery which tastes so much better than regular bread and free range eggs that are so much better than cage eggs because they reduce cruelty to animals. It also includes non-concentrated juice that is better than from concentrate, as with concentrated juice they take away the water, transport it and add in the water (and some sugar) later, removing many health benefits from the juice. Overall, I think it is the perfect meal for breakfast and my favourite, but let me know in the comments what you’re favourite breakfast is 🙂
– 2 eggs
– 2 slices of ciabatta
– 1 glass of orange juice
1. Pour a small amount of oil into a frying pan and crack the eggs into the pan. Fry the eggs until the yolk is the consistency that you like (I like it so that when you put a knife into it the yolk goes everywhere)
2. Slice the ciabatta into about 1cm slices and put onto your plate. When the eggs are done place one on each slice of bread.
3. Pour a glass of orange juice.
