My Warm Up Routine

I decided to make an exercise section as part of hobbies as I do a lot of exercise and acro and I have started doing yoga. I thought it would be best to start with my warm up routine as with all exercises, it is important to warm up beforehand. Whenever I want to do some exercise or especially acrobatics I go through these warm ups and keep in mind that half of them are particularly for doing acrobatics.
